Rapidocs Professional is a fully scalable enterprise application designed for small workgroups and large multi-site organizations alike.  In addition to the core document automation features provided by Rapidocs Solo, Professional includes many additional features.

Notably, Rapidocs Professional enables you to control the way people collaborate, so that repetitive tasks can be completed quickly and more accurately.

Rapidocs Professional takes you far beyond the first document draft, using a patent-pending process to retain the full power of the rules-based engine throughout the life of the document. Users can switch back and forth between the questionnaire and editing the document itself.  Uniquely, the decision process takes account of edits to the document itself, discarding questions if they are no longer relevant.

Rapidocs provides many features to facilitate collaboration, including advanced tracking of changes. Change tracking cannot be disabled in Rapidocs, and is supported by all clients. This ensures that it is always possible to view the complete history of a document as it has passed from one user to the next. Changes can be conveniently highlighted, perhaps in different colors for each editor of the document, making it easy to identify each person’s contribution. However, when transferred outside your organization, perhaps to a client, the changes can be hidden to prevent accidental disclosures.
